The versatility of artist Greg Ponomarenko extends from landscapes and florals, to portraits and street scenes. Although adept at a variety of mediums, Greg prefers to express himself with the most difficult of all mediums, watercolor. He has amassed an eclectic body of meticulously detailed, sensitively executed images which have garnered numerous awards and resulted in ongoing commision work.
  Greg studied design, illustration and painting at the Cooper School of Art and received a bachelor's degree in painting from Baldwin-Wallace College.
  A member of the Ohio Watercolor Society, Greg has exhibited at many local galleries and has shown his work nationally at the American Watercolor Society exhibition in New York, the San Diego Watercolor exhibition, and the Springfield Art Museum in Missouri. He is currently on the faculty of the Cleveland Institute of Art, and his work hangs in collections nationwide.
